No management. If you are polite and friends with your supervisors you can take a 1 or 2 hour lunch and not clock out. No worries. You get on their bad side, they will make your job terrible. I have survived because I keep my head down and watch as people are fired for the simplest things because of personal reasons while terrible employees thrive. Unless you want to become management, there are no career options. Overtime is often not optional. Be prepared to work 46 - 50 hours a week minimum. They ask for a volunteer weekly, but can't hire anyone.

Never felt truly comfortable in this environment, very high stress and fast paced. Lots of work for pretty low pay. Management was very condescending and rude at times. Just didn't feel like I belonged there so I left. This job is only good to slap on your resume if you're looking to work for other companies.
