      Nice Environment but Old Tech

      Pros

      Coworkers make it a friendly environment. Others support moving around in the company to find better positions that may be a better fit for you. The job also has the NERD program which is basically a full boot camp of settling in with additional months of learning on the side of your main job.

      Cons

      The old company leads to old tech stacks. Lots of the things I've worked on so far can sometimes have last updated dates of 15+ years. My team is currently motivated to get everyone back in the office including developers. The company in office work environment for engineers is also very old school requiring business casual.
