Pros

The pros of working for this employer are the people, sense of community, benefit plans, and work hours. I work from 8:30 to 4pm most days. It is a good first job out of college. Room for promotion and a raise plan.

Cons

The cons are the salary, which can be expected with working for the government, the paid time off accrued, and the desk job.

Pros

A majority of my colleagues were fantastic. Benefits = really only OK. CERTAINLY NOT EXCELLENT, what people think. After this obamacare act almost doubled in price, deductible, and coinsurance.

Cons

Parking downtown in the heart of tourist season which is every season now. If you enjoy the cookie cutter 9-5 , follow the leader Monday thru Friday schedule, this job is for you.
