      Tone deaf upper management with a lot of toxic positivity. KPI changes are impossible Putting entire teams on PIPs Impossible work load Managers with no experience No collaboration among teams Ai is taking over, and it is making mistakes Overall, my experience has been disheartening. The company has a good mission but it is executed poorly and employees are treated like dirt.
