      Working at a fast-growing mental health startup has been an incredible career accelerator, I've gained a ton of experience at a quick pace. The mission matters - we're helping kids who might not get care otherwise. You learn to be results-focused and adaptable, which are valuable skills to learn. The people who stick around are passionate about making healthcare better.

      Like any startup, there are growing pains. The expectations are high because the work is important. Things change fast as we figure things out. You definitely need to be comfortable with change and able to adjust priorities quickly.
