Pros

Making a real difference in teens mental health has been incredibly rewarding. The program offers effective treatment that actually helps young people - I see the progress in my groups every week. The clinical approach is designed well and gives me the structure I need while allowing flexibility to connect with clients.

Cons

Growing fast means communication systems are still evolving. Sometimes updates come with short notice, which can be challenging but understandable given how quickly things are moving.
