Pros
First, the mission - helping adolescent and young adults get access to quality, evidenced based care. That is everyone’s goal. From day 1, you are welcomed and supported to do your very best. You are given the tools and autonomy to get the job done and help bring treatment to those that need it most. It’s lightening in a bottle.
Cons
There are some growing pains due to our growth and they are being handled as quickly as possible without sacrificing patient care. Benefits are expensive for a family and there is no option for FSA/HSA.
