      Pros

      My supervisor is amazing, pay is okay compared to other opportunities, love working from home, my clients are amazing

      Cons

      Communication/organization between teams is pretty rough. My clients are often told one thing and then it never happens. Group facilitators are not required to be licensed and almost always let groups get off track instead of focusing on skills (big client complaint I get). We are required to work evening hours and also expected to hit 28 client hours per week which is a recipe to burn you out.

      Pros

      Lots of smart and awesome Engineers. The company is in a space that there is a lot off opportunity.

      Cons

      This place does a great job of churning and burning through not just Engineers but also any positions within the company. The red flag is that at times they are very secretive about it. Performance reviews are terrible at this place, prepare to get gaslit. Go look through some of the Linked In profiles. You'll notice of pattern of people turning into "care takers" after an abrupt exit of the company. You will go through many Managers during your tenure. Most people here are just in survival mode and searching on the backend

      wish you could give it negative stars… in the interest of being brief, imagine the most toxic workplace environment and then times it by 100… that’s Charlie health
