      They are motivated to support the client

      rapid growth, disorganization, high-turnover. I had several supervisors in my time there and there was never role-clarity or consistent leadership.

      Great culture and mission. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up. Paying under the market value. Values certain roles/departments over others, leading to huge pay differentials. Barely any cross functional communication leading to LOTS of useless and unnecessary work. Leadership (director+, does not apply to direct managers) as a whole does not seem to be knowledgeable and informed about the teams & departments they are running.

      They bring you food twice a week

      Cons

      The lack of communication between departments makes it hard for anyone to know what to do. They change processes and do not communicate it. It’s honestly just a mess.
