Pros

Charlie Health is an excellent place to work! As a company that offers majority fully remote positions, I didn’t expect to feel so much community via slack. The management is supportive and they welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement. Not only do they welcome the feedback, they also will take action to implement if it’s helpful. Charlie has many departments that work in synchrony together so no one person is forced to do anything without support. They also have great benefits that give back to the employee which is so rare in today’s world. Lastly, the CEO is a true example of a leader. She calls families/clients directly, is always willing to help no matter how small or big the task is, and works on the holidays so her employees can have the day off. This is truly a company created off of servant leadership, and who can hate that?!

Cons

I wouldn’t describe anything as a con. With any job that makes an impact, you will have stressful days and not so stressful days but I believe they balance each other out.

Pros

I've been a part of Charlie Health since its early stages, and witnessing what we've accomplished is nothing short of miraculous. One aspect I truly value is the openness to have hard conversations within the leadership team. My opinions and ideas are not only acknowledged but also respected, even when there are disagreements. Like any startup, our dedication is unwavering, and setting and communicating boundaries is highly encouraged and honored. The culture here ensures that diverse perspectives are heard. Personally, I've put in long hours and months of hard work because I genuinely love what I do and find immense joy in contributing to the remarkable growth of this organization. Success at Charlie Health is attributed to individuals who are well-organized and considerate of different viewpoints. The dynamic nature of our startup means that policies and procedures evolve frequently, a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement. Carter, Caroline, and Justin have consistently been strong advocates for their team members. The nature of our work is challenging, dealing with highly acute clients, and our mission to combat suicide is a substantial undertaking. Carter, Justin, and Caroline's visionary leadership has made a significant impact, and I take pride in being part of this dedicated team. Working at Charlie Health is more than a job; it's a collaborative effort towards a shared goal.

Cons

Know your limits and communicate them, they will be respected.
