Pros

Immigration and timely paychecks.

Cons

Horrible placement. Complete apathy from account managers. Join only if you are ready to find your own projects. Account managers don't even respond or care about you. Also, an account manager will only try to place you in HIS account. If some client comes under some other acc manager in charter global, they will not try to place you there (I guess your assigned acc manager wont make a commission from you)

Pros

None. It’s a wasteland where you lose part of your life.

Cons

Everything, where to begin.... - No Structure - No commission and even if so, you could make more money driving for Lyft in 4 hrs than the commission they provide. - No job security - Management is clueless on how to run a company and doesn’t treat their employees well at all. - Communication btw teams is non existent. - For being a tech company they are cheap on their in house technologies including CRM, Marketing Automation, Lead generation, etc... - Benefits are crappy and expensive. - Just overall you will he stressed everyday you walk in and even more when you leave for the day. If you wanna grow at a company don’t go there.

None that i can think of.

Cons

Employer / Employee relations are non existent. The company is always right whether it's fair to their employee or not. The employees are the ones doing the work building the business and the company treats them like degenerates. When my term is done, I will not renew. The last extension, the company renewed without even contacting me to see if i wanted to continue. I was brought up to honor my commitments, so i will finish this term. I would not recommend anyone to this company or any of it's affiliate companies such as Sapeare Technologies.
