one of the worst companies, I have ever seen. very selfish...money minded company.. they will promise that they will reimburse training costs, however they will never hear what you say, after you join them..some of the recruiters in the company think that they are the ceo of an organization..

For a consultant based organization, it does pretty well. Just that they are very rigid in the salary.

If you negotiate properly ,they really give you a good salary. Also, their placement projects are good.Policies are good.

Cons

Not a very big organization. So growth potential is very limited. Politics are their like any organization. Also, their service areas is limited.

Pros

The employee turn over here is horrible and the management have no idea that they are the problem. Most of the people that post a review for the company are consultants that are hired for project work and have never actually been to the office and have no idea how poorly run the company is. There are some nice people and talented people, but I don't know anyone here that is not looking to move on (escape).

Cons

The company does not have any vision. It is a beat you down and work you to death culture. They cut out 401(k) match and bonus and they wonder why people leave.
