Strong Immigration Team. Excellent track records with USCIS Account Managers, Payroll Team very prompt in response.

Cons

Salary Increment (subjective person to person) No medium to interact with co workers and top management. Average health benefits.

I have been working in this company over two and half years, very nice place to work. Leadership of charter Global is very genuine.They will stick to what they commit. Very prompt on running salaries. Immigration department is very friendly and responds to our queries quickly.

1) Strong hold in Telecommunication domain/clients. 2) Good marketing team. Got new project as soon as one ended. 3) Never faced issues in Salary or Visa or Green Card processing. 4) HR is very reachable and listens to concerns.

Need to increase their client base.
