1) I would say if you are on H1B visa and willing to start your greencard, this is the company to go.They have taken care of it so well that my Labour and I-140 was approved in 4 months.!!!! 2) Charter global have ties up that projects usually go for multiple years. it wil help for people who want settle down in one location, 3) 401K plan is pretty decent for consulting company.

Cons

I think there is bit of communication gap with Senior management v/s employees.. it needs to improved.
