The company follows industry standards and process in providing Employee benefits and solving their issues. They have everything that the biggest companies are giving to their employees. They address all the issues of their employees.

Cons

They address employee issues at a low pace. If they can make it aggressive and make it immediate , that would be good for the company. They need to come up with more trainings and benefits for their employees. I don't see any other Cons about this company till now.

Management of charter Global is really helpful in all aspects.They will stick to their word based on what they commit related to Salary , Benefits & immigration (green card process).

one of the worst companies, I have ever seen. very selfish...money minded company.. they will promise that they will reimburse training costs, however they will never hear what you say, after you join them..some of the recruiters in the company think that they are the ceo of an organization..

they might promise anything. they will strongly guarantee you all such things...but once you go in, it will be like hell..one of the worst companies, I have ever seen. very selfish...money minded company..
