Paid weekly Opportunities for Growth Company reinvesting in employees Attempt to fix broken equipment Supervisors are understanding but also want to work everything they can out of you

Cons

Very laborious work Grabbing and throwing steel that is at least 700 degrees No breaks Constantly using faulty equipment Company prefers running over safety If you get hurt they try and force you back to work Constant turnover help is hard to find which places more pressure and work on the employees that are there Will rarely have time for personal life 60 hour work weeks
