The one thing a person notices about Charter is the people and the culture. They set this place apart from everywhere else. It is enjoyable to come to work. Management is very visible and cares about its employees. I highly recommend this place!!

I have been with the company for 16 years. Management at the Fostoria plant is NOT what it used to be. I have seen a lot of good people get fired because the company doesn't provide ANY sort of support for them. Management fires people if they sense you may need FMLA, going through a divorce or any sort of personal issues. It's horrible!!
