Pros

Competitive pay, benefit package is in line with others, vacation is fair and increases with tenure. Management structure allows front line & mid level managers to actively make decisions and grow as a manager. Facilities are above industry norms, and the company is not afraid to re-invest in both equipment and it's people. Re-invention of a focus on safety over productivity has shown benefit recently.

Cons

some confusing management structures in certain areas that make it sometimes difficult to get things accomplished; over-reliance on involving as many people as possible in decision making processes sometimes leads to drawn-out projects and decisions.

With out a degree, no advancement. Company will increase head count instead of keeping lean departments and invent in internal employees
