      Strong vision and focus on developing Finance team members. Corporate culture is very defined. Good opportunities to get experience managing projects.

      Cons

      The corporate HQ is a smaller location, the best opportunities involve moving between divisions in the area. Feedback from operations business partners is that Finance positions turn over more quickly than they like.
