Although, it is rated as a "best company to work for", they push employees to vote. The largest group (Charter Steel) are bullies (at least in the HR group). They expect you to do whatever they want, even if it doesn't mean the best for the group as whole. They bring interns in, to start them 'drinking the Kool-Aid' at the beginning of their career. Unfortunately, this means they are unaware of what actually happens in the real world and prevent process improvement.

Lower than average pay for the level of work...high turnover...No real opportunity for advancement..lots of young recent college grads hired directly into supervisor roles.
