Half the year off. Knowing your entire years schedule up front. Unlimited growth potential. Grow at your own pace. A company that cares about you and is very generous.

None. For some it may be the 12 hour shifts

-Strong employee focused culture -Incredible company growth offering opportunities and job security -Safe work environment -All employee ownership along with performance bonuses -Large focus on sustainability along with a global focus on changing the way things are done in packaging -Great leadership, top down -Strong willingness to help fellow coworkers when help is needed (small company feel)

Cons

It is still work but honestly one of the best places I have been able to be a part of. It is place I encourage others to apply at probably on a weekly basis. There are pros and cons to every place, but CNG is truly a great place to work.
