Crap pay, crap benefits, crap management, they don’t listen to ideas that will actually make things better but there’s always money to waste on things that provide no benefit, unless your willing to sacrifice your life for a company that has a employee ownership program that has no actual value and gives generous raises but they never actually make it to your check steer clear

I've worked here for years and would recommend this company as a great place to work. I would say I enjoy my coworkers, management, work life balance as the reasons I continually stay.
