Pros

Those who are willing to put in the effort are recognized for doing so and have opportunities for advancement. The company and the plastic film business are growing fast and we are always at the cutting edge of innovation. Even with this growth, the culture here has a small company feel. People are always willing to help out if you ask them. The employee ownership program is promising as well.

Cons

There will be stressful, demanding days. With so many moving parts throughout the company, it's impossible to avoid the fact that there will be days where there's more to do than you have time for.
