-Strong employee focused culture -Incredible company growth offering opportunities and job security -Safe work environment -All employee ownership along with performance bonuses -Large focus on sustainability along with a global focus on changing the way things are done in packaging -Great leadership, top down -Strong willingness to help fellow coworkers when help is needed (small company feel)

Cons

It is still work but honestly one of the best places I have been able to be a part of. It is place I encourage others to apply at probably on a weekly basis. There are pros and cons to every place, but CNG is truly a great place to work.

Crap pay, crap benefits, crap management, they don’t listen to ideas that will actually make things better but there’s always money to waste on things that provide no benefit, unless your willing to sacrifice your life for a company that has a employee ownership program that has no actual value and gives generous raises but they never actually make it to your check steer clear
