Decent schedule if you can handle 12 hour shifts Benefits are above standard

Cons

Management has poor people skills Prioritizing increased production over short staff Not letting maintenance take the the time to fix and maintain machines. Always short staffed and overworked Pay increase only with "promotion" but only one trainer for technical positions Below market wages
