Pros

Very open and free to do what you want. Your day is what you make of it and you can succeed if you work hard.

Cons

Compensation is great once you start but it is capped off. Plus the fees that you have to pay the firm for using their names and platform adds up.

Pros

Co-workers in branch and peers were great to work with. Flexible hours for my position was a benefit. This is one reason I stayed so long.

Cons

The bottom line quite often was the only concern with management. It was seldom about the employees, and not always about what was best for the customer.
