Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, a lot of PTO immediately available, and you learn a lot on the job.

Cons

Branch drama is pretty common unless your branch is just built different. The initial training on the computer is long and mundane. On the floor training/shadowing is better.

good environment to work in low sales pressure (as of now) decent compensation and benefit

Cons

limited growth path for majority of people in the branch. Hard to obtain bonus at entry level. Significant upskill required to move to a different path outside of consumer banking unless you know people
