Pros

Good first job out of college, many locations so you can transfer to a branch closer to home. Excellent systems to work with.

Cons

The pay is not stable since a large part of it is incentive. Incentive is changed often, rarely for the better.

Its just high school repeated.... Upper management is more interested in a rummer then moving up.
