Pros

The co-workers were great and it felt like a team

Cons

It's a sales job so it's all pressure. There are cold call nights and constant badgering of the clients when they walk in . I understand the need for both but management turned the job into 99% that. They would constantly come up to you during the workday and say things like "How much X did you sell? How many X did you open?" I was even chastised more than once for taking too long with a client (after being told I am supposed to cultivate relationships). Also, for a huge company, they were very financially conservative with the pay check. Since much of your salary is commission, they were always revising the structures so that it would be harder and harder to make any real money.

Pros

The pay and training recieved at Chase is better than any other institution. It is a great stepping stone in a career.

Cons

What pays the managers is not always what pays the bankers, so management tries to have bankers focus on what gets them paid.

Pros

Great people to work with. Everyone is helpful in your success.

Cons

Job descriptions and salaries seemed to be over-inflated at time of hire.
