Pros

You can get promoted very quickly if you are goood at what you are doing but part of that is because turnover in the company is very high Great sales environment forr someone who wants to learn sales

Cons

Company indirectly encourages employees who walk in the grey area of sales and calls it customer service Anyone who is very experience in sales will do well in this position but the company pay structure decreased 3 year in a row while I was there and i was a National Achiever and the the top banker in my district. With that being said the most money I made at JPMorgan Chase was in my second year with the company and my third year I made less than the first two.

Pros

There are lots of advancement opportunities, especially on the West Coast. They provide great training in most job functions. There's a process for everything, if you want to know what will work to achieve success in their organization, they've already figured it out down to the dollars and cents, use their process and you will probably be successful and get promoted.

Cons

Before taking that promotion make sure you're ready. They'll take a chance on you but they will cut the line if you're not getting the job done or if you're not doing things their way.

Pros

The starting salary is pretty good and the benefits were good until they got rid of Kaiser. It is no as cut throat as Wells Fargo.

Cons

There is no room for growth the management is completely unprofessional, and they say you don't have sales goals but you do and they are ridiculously high!
