Pros

Benefits and opportunity to advance if you kiss butt like most companies.

Cons

It's tough to move up without kissing butt; it sucks that your passion and ability alone does not get you advanced. Too much micro management and no respect for your abilities to shine. Too much unecessary coaching and role playing. Unprofessional working environment.

Pros

Alot of oppurtunity for self starters an motivated workers. Having to go above and beyond is often difficult, especially at the salary offered, but it is neccessary in order to advance

Cons

The lack of recognition from upper managment when good jobs are done, they will only comment and look down on tellers and assitant managers when something goes wrong.
