Pros

easy systems to navigate, direct management is ok, pay is wonderful, benefits rock, job requirements training was great, commissions and customers are great, they will hire pretty much anyone

Cons

HR is no tolerance and non-responsive, hours are long, did not tell me it was a sales job when i was hired, promotions are a lie, short staffed, unfair to workers, policies training needs improvement, relocating even if you are unable happens often
