Pros

Good co-workers, some helpful managers.

Cons

You're just an ID number. Management not always helpful when needed. Low moral. I worked for WaMu before Chase took over. Everything went downhill from that point.

Pros

Good benefits..health insurance. My ABM is the best, he's very calm never yelled at anyone and is very accommodating whenever I need off for whatever, workload isn't so bad, pay is great for college student..coworkers are funny young adults starting their careers as well....Chase is a solid company and many doors can open for you.

Cons

They are everywhere!! People have their views about Chase and they tell me like I care....the sales goals of PBs are pretty cutthroat and their stress trickles down on us tellers...BM stresses us to refer all the time...Customers can be so rude to you because they had a previous bad experience with Chase.
