Pros

2 weeks paid vacation your first year, and the longer you stay with the company, the more paid vacation you get. They are also very accommodating and understanding about emergency events. They also offer a lot of benefits and chances to transfer to all parts of the world.

Cons

At my branch personally I only wish the managers did not give out our work schedules two days before they start.

Pros

Salary 32,000 capped plus incentive plan (if you can hit it). Benefits are okay. Great co-workers. Great training programs, and banker support line.

Cons

Micromanagement, cold calls all day, all market call nights where you stay after hours to call customers to try to get appointments for the week, Definately not "banker's hours". Open later than most banks.
