Pros

Great for part time positions. Looks Great on your resume. Branch Management is kind and friendly to their employees. Great if your going to school and need a job part time.

Cons

Upper management tends to micro manage. Too much favoritism. Jobs aren't as stable as you would like them to be.

Pros

Good for your resume. Good benefits, get licensed on their costs (not the deal anymore), get great discounts on merchandise, car leases, cell phone bills, etc.

Cons

Their motivation tactic is to threaten your employment, you need to be best friends with your manager and a trader to your co-workers in order to receive any type of respect from upper management. Once your manager wants to get rid of you, they WILL find a way, kosher or not.
