Pros

Great experience especially for someone in college. Good pay compared to other banks, great incentive system which lets you make your own money.on top of your salary.

Cons

This job can be very repetitive, very easy to get burned out due to the lack of a real challenge

Pros

*depending on which department you work in flex-scheduling *decent health coverage ~ varies options *open minded to alt lifestyle choices *Some of the employees are some of the best people you ever come across.. they really care about their work and helping the customers and it shows

Cons

*hurdles for sick leave which 95% of the time will be denied or their Dr thinks your Dr is wrong and you can come to work... even if your condition is not better. You will more likely be denied and then they will put you on a leave of absence and then suspend your health insurance until you come back to work *Even with HIPPA in place you will basically have to tell your manager your personal health issues because telling them you need to take a FMLA day is not enough and if you inform the person in HR they will side with the manager and say telling them your health issues will make it easier. *Under pay ... will find reasons to not give you a raise and if they do it's normally less then a nickle. * NO balance between work and personal *People trying to keep their jobs that they spend their time bring others down *Major turn-over ... both voluntarily and involuntarily *Alot of outsourcing .. never know when your location is next to go.... for every celebration or report of a new location opening up in another country.. is another 2-3 closing in the states *communication across the different departments are not as good as they should be
