Pros

If you Work Hard on meeting your goals you can earn a great bonus. And base pay is alot also good

Cons

What I didn't like was the management side of it, I it was never clear what the expectations were to be promoted, some of the managers are under qualified.

Pros

You get rewarded for the sales(referrals) that you produce. It is a great environment to work in. Overall the company is great at informing us of new and current changes in policies and procedures.

Cons

This is probably at every work environmnet there is a lot of management and employee conflicts. There is a strong push for sales in a very slow customer oriented location.
