Pros

Benefits Pay is ok if in the right branch

Cons

If you are in the wrong branch get your resume together and start looking. I was under a horrible District Manager that ruined my experience at Chase. Required to work 6 days a week and per the DM the customers you are supposed to build relationships and trust are just dollar signs!

Pros

The work is easy. We were generally busy so that helped to pass the time. I suppose the fact that there are branches across the country allows people to move and still remain with the company.

Cons

High turnover. Low pay. Management was indifferent to the amount of time customers had to wait. To move up in the company was a possibility but I left before I went anywhere.
