Pros

The benefits are pretty good. If you want to be in retail banking for the rest of your life then there is an opportunity to dedicate your life to it. If you like doing and saying the same things every day, then it is a great place.

Cons

Condescending approach from management. Same scripting from management. Ineffective training techniques. Underpaid, under-appreciated. Limited opportunities for career advancement.

Pros

Some management needs an attitude adjustment, but for the most part all of the employees got along well and made the work day more bearable, even enjoyable.

Cons

Getting rid of a rotten employee takes a great deal of effort, even when it can be documented time and time again that the employee is not preforming up to standards.
