Pros

You'll get top flight sales training for sure. The technology resources and products are second to none in the industry.

Cons

You'll be expected to use a script to sell products that don't make any sense for you customers at times. Compensation plans change annually, not always to your benefit. Moving up and or around isn't very easy so if you take a position expect to be in it for the long haul.

Pros

Not much micromanaging, direct supervisors are very lenient, must make sure tasks are completed when they are needed to be.

Cons

Workplace balance is more towards workplace, less towards personal time.

Pros

Okay hourly pay. Nice employees and management. Nice regular customers. Good benefits, low cost for employee.

Cons

Many dissatisfied customers, with Chase policies. Very sales oriented. Too concerned with "big" money and not concerned enough with happy customers. Long work hours.
