Pros
The pay is decent. The bonuses CAN be great.
Cons
Bonuses CAN be great, but chase hires more and more staff making it difficult to reach even the lowest of goals. Working the lobby can result in sales, but many times customers are irritated by the process. Employees who have put in the time and effort day after day and year after year are looked over by greedy newcomers. They are glorified by management when they're not already bragging about themselves. Unfortunately, their great sales turn in to our service issues... But the employee doesn't care because the sale was made. You can't go to management about it because that employee is golden, they are making the branch money... But don't worry, those pvc's will fall off quickly when unhappy customers close their accounts. Always work the lobby when you don't have a customer. You are never given the time to finish any task or make return calls. Your desk looks like it was hit by a nor'easter! You don't stand the chance of being organized ever! But it's a job, I'm told that daily.
