Pros

Great pay with great benefit to move up and make money depending on your location and how great the management is.

Cons

Lack of customers walking in through the door on a daily basis made it difficult to achieve what is called PVCs to make more money

Pros

I don't see any good reasons to work for Chase. Trying to get out now!

Cons

Long hours standing as a teller. No raises, even after being with the company through the WaMu/Chase merger. Managers do not want their employees to advance. Tellers get treated like crap. Bonuses are not worth it.
