Pros

- Really good incentive checks if you are driven and in a good branch. - Good Benefits - Lots of different directions to go within the company.

Cons

- Too much politics. Benchmarks will be set for promotions, then when you reach them, they change them. Also, they just promote who they want to promote, performance matters, but some of the best performers who want to be promoted, don't get promoted.

Pros

Chase was a good place to work for prior the takeover by the Chicago boys headed by big JD. There was respectability in banking back then. Clients needs met and we bankers were actually part of a client's go-to team. Now, banking's a commodity and the regular folk suffers.

Cons

Tons of egos all up and down the ladder. Now I imagine it's worse. Account grabbing and "manufacturing" to save their skins against ridiculous goals. I guess when JD's on the warpath, nobody's safe. What's that? Oh the stock to 75? yeah, right.....
