      Not bad if you're looking for a job in retail sales.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Management is very understanding when it comes to scheduling requests. True at this branch/location since it is very well staffed. Maybe not so true at smaller/slower locations.

      Cons

      I don't feel like Chase fosters one's desire to change career paths within the bank. As a matter of fact I strongly feel that already being employed there is in fact a disadvantage if you are interested in anything outside of retail banking.

      Pros

      Great medical choices. Expensive but insurance always is. Clean environment to work in and the training is pretty good. They pay for your licensing which is cool.

      Cons

      Managment takes the ability to think for yourself away. Every saying is scripted and you get ripped apart if you walk off the path. Too many role playing exercises. The video's on youtube "Chase 123 Drill" is pretty dead on. Just not as fun in real life. If you get a manager and a DM that bleeds Chase Blue....quit.

      Pros

      The job kept me very busy and the group I worked with were intellegent. The systems worked well most of the time.

      Cons

      The executives had very high opinions of themselves and did not treat people well. They yelled a lot and refused to change their behavior.
