Pros

Incentive plan is the best in across all banks. Good opportunity depending on location. Will sponsor for license. Good benefits.

Cons

Incentive plan changed every year to decrease sales bonus. Ultra aggressive sales goals. Management encourages unethical practices for sales. Low base salary.

Pros

You can make a decent income and only work 40 hrs a week. There are great benefits. Great company to work for with a lot of networking opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Monotonous work. Doing the same thing every day and not a whole lot of thanks from the customers.
