Cons

They expect you to know and learn alot, but don't want to pay you for it. Parttime employees have to pay full price for insurance.

Pros

Can prospect thru your assigned branches book of business. Also, personal bankers will set appointments for you.

Cons

Must hold out for a market that you feel you can be successful in. Management does not believe that location helps or hinders production. Some advisors are placed at priority branches with the majority of the area being affluent. Others are placed at low to moderate income branches where the majority of clients are below poverty level.
