Pros

JPMorgan Chase hasgreat benefits that are comparable to none. They give you a lot of tools to promote success and knowledge and the environement is a good one.

Cons

They make it extremely hard to move from within. They promote at a very slow pace and make you jump through many hoops before you can get promoted. You can often get stuck in a position. They hire from outside incompetent people as opposeded to looking inside and giving their own talent a chance.
