Pros

Decent benefits, the company has excellent technology systems. Furthermore, Chase like for employees to work close to their home.

Cons

Work life balance doesn’t exists I typically work 6 days a week and when you want a day off management will frown upon you. Everyone is treated like a number and your production is never good enough even if you are a top banker. Also, the growing trend at Chase is to put an outrageous amount of bankers into a branch so that no one makes 100% payout and management will win while bankers make a little more than the base salary. I would advise someone that’s beginning a career with Chase to get the experience you need and leave. Chase don’t hire from within I’ve seen top bankers given a hard time to move into different positions..

Pros

Good locations. Flexable hours. Good place to start a career. Not a place to stay long. Can be sometimes draining.

Cons

Very draining. Same every day. Management doesn't care about customer service. Branch managers are lazy. Stay away if sales is not ur thing.

Pros

The money is pretty good.

Cons

The worst place to work, period. The work environment is utterly terrible and no person should put themselves in the situation of being an employee of Chase as a personal banker. There is a reason why 50% quit before 6 months and 80% before 1 year. You are pressured to no end to make people get products they do not need and will cost them financially. They are about making a dollar and screwing the customer.
