Pros

Benefits are pretty solid and branch support can be very good towards your role as a branch partner in the investment category

Cons

Location Location Location, that seems to be the most important part about being an Advisor at Chase. If you are doing well and management would like to make a change in your branch location or add another advisor, you might as well start looking for another place to work as it seems more often then not they are pushing for you to leave at that point.

Pros

very competitive base salary + decent compensation for sales, flexible hours, good job family overlay, great classroom training post licensing, satisfying line of work

Cons

terrible licensing program, cut throat attitude of upper management, distrustful environment, poor compensation for investments and loans, frequent non essential interruptions by management
