great benefits - healthcare, 401k, car purchase and lease discounts, bank products, wireless service discounts, etc great hours - 9 to 6 smart upper management

Cons

12 month commitment in hired position at the branch that hired you before being able to become a Personal Banker, SSA, Assistant Manager, Manager - I wasn't told this when I was hired Very customer involved - a lot of bitter WaMu customers
